a gentle return to presence

If winter is a time of rest…
of inner growth, roots stretching deeper beneath the surface…

Spring is a time of awakening.

The tides begin to shift.
Transformation begins quietly.

A gentle reminder that newness and growth have arrived.

It is a season of tending the soil.
Of planting seeds.

Some are new.
Others were sown long ago—resting beneath the surface, waiting for the right time to rise.

This gentle awakening invites you to listen:

What has Yahweh planted in your heart?
What seeds are ready to come to life?

There is a quiet buzz in the air.

The first blooms on redbuds.
A soft green lining the trees.
Days stretching a little longer…
light lingering just a bit more.

This is spring.

A sacred invitation to awaken
to the possibilities God has already placed within you.

A gentle whisper:

Awaken.

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?
I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.”

— Isaiah 43:19

This ritual is for that sacred rhythm within your life.

For the moments when you feel yourself softening…
opening…
becoming again.

Allow the waves of transformation to wash over you.

Begin

Find a quiet space.

Prepare your tea slowly.
Let this be intentional.

As the water warms, take a breath.
Let your body settle.

When your tea is ready, sit with it.
Hold the warmth in your hands.

Before you sip, pause.

Grounding

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.
Release it slowly.

Again.

Let your shoulders soften.
Let your body return to stillness.

You do not need to rush this moment.

God is here.

Scripture

“Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall flourish…”
— Psalm 92:13

Let this truth settle within you.

You are not behind.
You are not late.

Your soil is waking up.

Reflection

Ask yourself gently:

Where in my life am I being invited to bloom?
God, what are you bringing to life in me this season?
What would it look like to surrender to Your timing?

Do not force the answers.

Sit in stillness.
Listen.

Presence

Take a sip of your tea.

Notice the warmth.
The taste.
The way your body responds.

Let this be a moment of connection—
with yourself,
and an invitation into fellowship with the Spirit.

Closing

Place one hand over your heart.

Take a deep breath.

You are allowed to grow slowly.
You are allowed to open in your own time.

Blooming is not rushing.
It is trusting.

Return to this ritual whenever you need.

Tea Prep

Bring your water to high heat, just before it begins to boil, then remove from heat.

Add 1 tbsp of Bloom tea to your mug.
Pour 8 oz of water over the leaves.

Let it awaken for 5–10 minutes.

Strain, sip slowly, and return to the moment.
