It All Began with….

A heart posture that has been called to serve, hands that have been designed to hold, and an innate nature to encourage those around me

An Origin Story
Naturally Boundless began with a simple question: What am I putting on and into my body?

As I searched for ingredients that I could actually pronounce, that curiosity grew into a deep love for herbalism and the wisdom woven throughout creation. I discovered that wellness isn’t just about what we put on our bodies, but how we care for our mind, body, and spirit.

That journey eventually led me to birth.

Preparing for the home birth of my youngest son, Onyx, transformed the way I viewed pregnancy and labor. I learned to trust the wisdom God lovingly designed within our bodies and experienced firsthand the beauty of home birth. As my husband put down our oldest son early Saturday evening, I felt my first contraction at 5pm and by 7:02pm he was in my arms. It was just me and my husband!

That experience confirmed what herbalism had already begun teaching me:

Creation reflects the Creator.

Today, I have the privilege of supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a calm presence, compassionate care, and a whole-person approach rooted in faith, education, and trust.

The Pillars of Support for this Sacred Transition

Rooted in Faith

As a believer, I see Yahweh’s perfect plan of allowing us to co-create with Him by bringing forth new life into this world as something sacred. I will be praying with you, for you, and over you each step of the way.

Creation Reflects the Creator

Wisdom is woven into every aspect of creation, and if you slow down enough, you’ll see it. From seasonal changes to the way a woman can bring forth new life, the design reflects the Designer’s love, creativity, and abundance.

Herbal Wisdom

The land offers so much healing. From walking barefoot on the earth, getting vitamins from the sun, and plants that offer medicine to your mind, body, and spirit, there’s much to learn from the rhythms of nature.

Presence Over Performance

Labor and birth are more than the outer gaze and how that can restrict us mentally. It should be more focused on being present and relying on the intelligence of the body.

Physiological Birth

This type of birth relies on the wisdom God has poured into us. Having belief and trust that our bodies can birth without medical interventions if that’s your desire.

Gentle Guidance

The goal is for you to feel like an active participant in your birth. Trust your body and desires while remaining flexible and open to support that is always compassionate.

Hearing From Mothers Who Felt Held…

Kaylynn’s Story

A Tribute to Feeling Held
  • “Teaching me breathing techniques, labor positions, and ways to work with my body instead of against it. But more than that, she prepared my heart. She reminded me over and over that I was strong, that I was capable, and that my body was created to do this.“

  • Her Story…

Where do I even begin? There simply aren’t enough words to express what Jasmine means to me or how profoundly she changed one of the most important days of my life.
When I first met Jasmine, I was looking for a doula. What I found was so much more. I found someone who became my safe place, my biggest cheerleader, my sister, and one of the greatest blessings God could have placed in my life.
As a first-time mom, I was terrified. Childbirth felt so unknown, and I carried so many fears about what labor would be like. From the very beginning, Jasmine never let me face those fears alone. Every question, every worry, every moment of uncertainty was met with patience, reassurance, and love. She had this incredible gift of making me believe in myself, even when I wasn’t sure I could.
She prepared me in every way possible—teaching me breathing techniques, labor positions, and ways to work with my body instead of against it. But more than that, she prepared my heart. She reminded me over and over that I was strong, that I was capable, and that my body was created to do this. By the time labor came, I wasn’t just ready—I felt empowered.
The love Jasmine poured into me throughout my pregnancy carried me through every contraction. She made sure I felt seen. She made sure I felt heard. She made sure my voice mattered. Because of her, I never felt alone—not for a single second.
The day my son was born wasn’t just the happiest day of my life—it was the most magical, beautiful, sacred experience I have ever lived. People often describe labor as something to fear, but because of Jasmine, I experienced it as something powerful and full of love. It became one of the greatest memories I will ever carry.
I tell people all the time that I would go through labor ten times over if I knew it would feel the way it did that day. I’ve even said that if heaven allowed us to relive one moment from our lives over and over again, I would choose that day without hesitation. That was the happiest, most treasured moment of my life.
One moment I’ll never forget is when I was pushing. I looked down and saw Jasmine, my mom, my fiancé, and my OB-GYN all surrounding me. I was overwhelmed by the amount of love in that room. It felt like time stood still. Although I delivered in a hospital, it never felt like one. It felt like home. It felt peaceful. It felt safe. It felt exactly how bringing life into the world should feel.
Jasmine didn’t just help me have an incredible birth—she changed the way I saw myself. She gave me confidence when I doubted myself. She reminded me that my voice mattered. She helped me advocate for myself. She helped me become the mother I hoped I could be before my son ever took his first breath. She continued to stand beside me during postpartum with the same love and support she had shown throughout my pregnancy.
By the end of this journey, I realized I hadn’t just given birth to my beautiful son. I had also gained a lifelong sister and best friend. My son didn’t just gain someone who helped bring him into the world—he gained an auntie who will forever hold a special place in our hearts.
Jasmine, thank you for loving me so deeply during one of the most vulnerable seasons of my life. Thank you for believing in me before I believed in myself. Thank you for helping turn what I feared most into the most beautiful memory I will ever have.
No matter how many years pass, I will always look back on the day my son was born with tears of joy because of the love, peace, strength, and comfort you brought into that room. You didn’t just witness the birth of my son—you helped birth a new version of me.
I will forever cherish you, forever treasure the bond we created, and forever be grateful that God chose you to walk beside me during the greatest miracle of my life. I love you dearly, and I recommend Jasmine with my whole heart. Any family blessed enough to have you by their side will be receiving one of life’s greatest gifts.

Cydny’s Story

Connection Beyond Birth
  • You helped me calm pregnancy anxieties and knew where to find resources. Additionally, you poured into my husband, treating us all like a team, which meant a lot to Michael and me. I would tell them your spirit is light and warm, and working with you felt like a giant hug of an experience.

  • Her Story…
What was your biggest fear or concern before birth?
I was most concerned about navigating the momentous change postpartum. I was most scared about what I would feel like after having the child, how it would impact me and my husband. How we would manage.

How did you feel having me as your doula?
Having you as a doula helped in a lot of ways. One, as a mom of two and someone with a similar age and background as me,  you related and exemplified what’s possible for a mom of young children. Second, my fears were always honored and validated and you provided me with grounded real life experience to help me manage my expectations. You helped me calm pregnancy anxieties, and knew where to find resources. Additionally, you poured into my husband, treating us all like a team, which meant a lot to Michael and me.

Was there a specific moment that stands out?
The birth! Helping talk through decision-making, signaling to me what stage we were at in labor. Connecting and bringing good vibes to the room. You befriended my nurse, and you both had me laughing and cracking jokes BEFORE PUSHING (the epidural helped too, lol). It made it feel light and exciting, which I wanted.

What would you tell another family considering working with me?
I would tell them your spirit is light and warm and working with you felt like a giant hug of an experience.

Sigal’s Story

A Flexible Mindset
  • My birthing experience was the opposite of what I had planned! My original doula was unavailable, my detailed birth plan went out the window due to complications… but Jasz was the best surprise that came out of all the unpredictable events!

  • Her Story…

“My birthing experience was the opposite of what I had planned! My original doula was unavailable, my detailed birth plan went out the window due to complications… but Jasz was the best surprise that came out of all the unpredictable events!

She came in with a relaxed, grounded energy, guided me perfectly through my labor, and was extremely knowledgeable with helping my initial nursing experience. She even told me to inquire about my son’s tongue tie which helped me advocate for more support from the hospital staff! Everything was so new and unknown and to have her energy, kindness and wisdom was so reassuring.

What I didn’t expect was how challenging nursing would also be after bringing my baby home and Jasz was there checking in, supporting me, and providing all the resources I needed to move through the scary parts!

I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants the extra support during this transformative journey. I am grateful for all the unexpected turn of events that led her to be my doula.”
